I remember when I first visited Keukenhof Garden in April 2012. It was still cold in Holland, but that didn’t stop the crowds from flocking to Lisse,NL to admire all the beautiful blooms. Keukenhof, according to its website, is “the most beautiful spring garden in the world”. I won’t argue against that claim as it is truly breathtaking.

When I visited Keukenhof this year, it was on a hot spring day and packed full of visitors. It was also much more vibrant than I recall, perhaps because it was later in the year than my previous trip. If you find yourself in the Netherlands between mid-March and mid-May, definitely do yourself a favor and check out Keukenhof Gardens.
