After a rainy first week in the Netherlands, today I was thrilled to wake up to a bright and sunny day. To make the most of the weather, we decided to visit Utrecht. Utrecht is the capital of the Utrecht province, and is the fourth largest city in the Netherlands.

I was only there for about four hours, but it’s a beautiful, vibrant city from what I observed. I’m looking forward to going back for further exploration.
